About us

We deliver QUALITY and UNIQUE COMPETENCES to our clients. We specialize in services related to validation processes as well as comprehensive support for the Cornerstone OnDemand platform. Our company combines experience with youth. LB Consulting was established in 2017, but members of our team are experts with many years of experience in international pharmaceutical companies, in the area of validation and quality assurance. We work with passion, engagement, reliability and care.

Team 1

Our team consists of several dozens of experts in validation and qualification. Each of our team members has from 2 to 10 years of experience in implementing projects in the area of validation, qualification and measurements, gained at international pharmaceutical companies, IT companies and medical device manufacturers.

Team 2

We employ experts in several fields of expertise – biotechnology, information technology, production engineering. We choose our team members very carefully. Apart from excellent qualifications, we value such features as reliability, accuracy, punctuality and openness. These are also the characteristics of the services we provide.

Team 3

Our team attends regular training courses on new regulations and best practices in the pharmaceutical industry. This is done through external training courses and an internal competence development program including certification.

We are also the official sales and technical service partner for Cornerstone OnDemand platform. Our team of experienced and certified IT specialists provides assistance in implementation, migration, testing and services for CSOD platform.
